In the last 3 years I have set up 3 organizations simultaneously and I like to continue doing so in the future. These organizations can either be profit or non-profit.

In March 2007 I have started my own company, Wooltown, which develops ideas for internet related services.
The company specializes in taking ideas to the next level and finding the right specialists to do the job.
As soon as production starts, we keep track of progress and course and manage the project.

BAZ! is one my most valuable achieved goals so far and certainly one that I am most proud of. BAZ! is an international climbing contest held on the public beach of Scheveningen. Competitors from all over the world come to the Hague to compete in a climbing contest in a country that has no mountains!
We're really looking forward to 2009 since there are still so many opportunities for us and BAZ!.

The Ayers Rookies is living proof that also for climbing the traditional Dutch approach regarding sports is still the best way. This climbing club that I founded in January 2008 has over 120 members and is still growing.

Ayers Rookies is a climbing club in Zoetermeer, NL. Together with four partners I started this club in 2007. We now have roughly 150 members and that number is still increasing.

This foundation completely revolves around bouldering. I started this organisation together with three friends to organize a spectacular event on the beach in The Hague. This has now come to an international event with around one thousend paying participants and tens of thousands of spectators. The organisation's board now has 4 members and there are roughly 12 staff members. Around 80 people voluntarily work for us in August during the event.
