I am a passionate self-taught computer programmer and have many years' experience in software development, specifically Adobe Flash Platform (flash/flex/air/flashlite) and web-technologies.
Allies Interactive Services: I am trying to use all my experience and potential to build a great team, culture, process, practices and products. I see myself working with a team which full of passion and innovation.
--
Yahoo!: I had an opportunity to work on some platform components and Yahoo! Avatars, it was great experience to be among the best developers and to work on some of cool products/services.
--
Mixercast: I had an opportunity and freedom to learn and contribute in different ways: platform-architecture, implementation of best flash-platform practices, startup-culture, venture-capital, building syndication engine based on standards like RSS(MediaRSS), suggesting/implementing new ideas and lot more.
I would say, working in a startup or in a startup like culture is a great experience, I would love to do it again and again.
--
Macromedia/Adobe: It was a dream company for any passionate flash developer, I was no different. I ended up working here among the initial team for Bangalore centre.
I contributed in Flex SDK 1.5 and 2.0 releases. I contributed in two releases of Flex: 1.5 and 2.0.
I made very good friends and learned many professional and personal things, which help me everyday now. Totally great experience.

As a programmer, I always believed - A good programmer always writes good code by making right choices and decisions. I want to solve complex problem with simplicity and work on applications, which provide great experience to users. To do that, I am up for doing whatever it takes.

Allies Interactive Services, was established in 1998, is a web design and development company. It's core strength is in amazing graphics/web design and web-application development.
I am one of the co-founders and currently looking after a lot of things, as all co-founders do in any startup. However, most of time I am focused on technology strategy, processes, practices team-building, business development and business-positioning.
This is my second stint at this company, after my first stint I moved out to learn things, get exposure and get connected to smart people. All with a plan to get back, when I am ready.
I realize, it was great decision and now I am in better position to help taking Allies Interactive Services to a different level, where we not only do great stuff but also prove that we can do great things from anywhere, even cities like Kanpur.
At Allies, we want to be an innovative and technology oriented company. My role is to make sure, we work on things to achieve this.
