Phi Chi Theta is one of the leading co-ed business fraternities in the nation with chapters from coast to coast. The organization prides itself on fostering growth of new business leaders by creating value and opportunities.
The founders were six women who joined forces to form an organization whose purpose is: "To promote the cause of higher business education and training for all individuals, to foster high ideals for everyone pursuing a career in business; to encourage fraternity and cooperation among people preparing for such careers; and to stimulate the spirit of sacrifice and unselfish devotion to the attainment of such ends."
My current role with the organization is to work with a group of talented and courageous young professionals to reestablish a Detroit Chapter. My previous role in the organization was to serve as the Central Regional Director, providing direction, guidance and support to the chapters throughout the mid-west.
