I worked as part of the off shore team for Model Driven Business Transformation (MDBT) project of IBM T J Watson Research, USA. MDBT is a cutting edge research project that provides a toolkit to translate business understanding to solution and generates a platform-specific IT implementation. Roles and responsibilities as part of this project included:
• Independent responsibility of a module of the MDBT toolkit – includes detecting gaps and designing possible solutions
• Collaborating with team members from the IBM labs in USA and India for the toolkit design and development
• Meeting clients in the USA and gathering requirements for pilot projects using MDBT
• Design and development of Service Delivery Management project which was successfully delivered as a CEO milestone project in 2006
• Taking MDBT training for new team members
