I am a thirty year information technology veteran. Twenty years of experience in business to business outsourcing services brings a client sensitive orientation to DBA and development work. Various job responsibilities thoughout my career provide the perspective of what it is like to sit across the desk from my employer. Beginning with Operating System design and implementation for text processing systems through the latest database and development methodologies provides a solid foundation for managing the customers's data architecture and infrastructure. Education is an continuing process and passion. Commitment to the SQL server and Microsoft technologies is demonstrated by the attainment of the MCDBA and MCSD certifications. One of my strongest abilites is the creation of business process automation that results substantial savings in labor, time and resources with exceptionally robust and stable operation. Systems only work when the reaction of the user is anticipated and designed.
