I am the President and founder for CellMap. Mobile map software for quick download of special events to your phone.

From 2004-2007 while studying at UVic, I lead the software development in the LACIR Adaptive Optics research group. I specialized in development of realtime systems and high performance tools using C/C++ and integration with MatLab.

Before university I worked on game technology for XBOX, PS2, and windows PC platforms for Electronic Arts, Disney, and Sanctuary Woods.

Aaron Hilton’s Specialties:

Software development with C/C++. Strong experience with real-time applications and system tools; developed embedded software on Nexperia platform, and for 68HC11 micro-controllers. Lead the development of real-time adaptive control software in Linux and QNX for LACIR research. Interactive J2ME software on mobile phones. Support tools on XBox, PS2, Mac OS X, and Windows PCs. Extensive experience building real-time visual effects, 3D engines, and game creation tools.

  Worked on various game scenes for Hades Challenge. Later joined the core engine team and helped develop effects tools, and helped support development for various in production games. Lastly designed and built a sophisticated tile-based level editing tool, including a powerful set of resource management functions, region triggers, and hooks for a scripting engine.
