I've been developing since about the age of 12 when I wrote my first RPG game in QBasic. I feel in love with this type of "work" and have been eagerly learning new aspects of it every day since.

  Seth Webster and I started this company in late 2003. Our primary focus is website hosting and development, but we do work in automation, systems integration, business intelligence, and custom application development.
  
  * National Paramedic Institute -- http://www.emsjane.com -- We have built this site from the ground up. It is a complete EMT / Paramedic continuing education delivery / management system currently used by over 10,000 medics and firefighters world-wide. It is all built using PHP, MySQL, ASP.NET 2.0 and Sql Server 2005. All of the courses are case-based video training which also utilize Windows Media Services for video delivery.
  * Carondelet Health Network -- I built a complete Kronos and Quickbooks synchronization system. This system allows employees to go to any hospital gift shop in Tucson and purchase items using their employee badge. The cost of the item(s) is then deducted automatically from their paycheck.

• Senior Web Developer

  I lead a team of 3 developers and our responsibility is to maintain / update http://www.quickbooks.com/support. The current infrastructure is Knova 6.1, HTML, Javascript and classic ASP. We successfully converted it to ASP.NET 2.0 and Knova 6.5. For this project we build a scalable solution to support the 150+ products that Intuit provides technical support for on the web.

• Lead Developer

  Our team is responsible for building business intelligence for the Quickbooks business. I manage 4 developers and we build reports and tools in Hyperion Explorer, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Access, Excel and ASP.NET. We are also in charge of building / designing datamarts using Oracle 9i PL/SQL and Informatica 6.
  
  I have extensive knowledge of the Genesys CTI systems and their underlying data structures. I am also quite experienced working with Siebel, CMS (Avaya), IVR and Quickbase data / structures.
  
  As the lead developer I act in an architectural database design role as well as project manager. I provide support to the other developers as well as drive process change inside and outside the team.

  I fulfilled a contract position at Intuit to develop reporting for their CTI systems (Genesys). I was eventually hired on full-time at Intuit.

  * Single handedly converted over 200 users from a dumb-terminal / mainframe system to Windows NT 3.51. This required:

  - Building / configuring a file, MS Exchange and backup server.
  - Training all of the users on using Windows.
  - Helpdesk support for all users
