I have served as a bridge between business and technology for a while now, particularly in the realm of customer-facing business operations. From being a program manager and helping build a product that took me places, including a small company called Google, to defining the future of networking companies, insurance giants, publishing giants, and banks. Along the way, I learnt what makes a company or an individual better than just a flash in the pan, and applied what I imbibed growing up to work.
I was lucky enough to be able to align my customer-focus with my other passion - writing by being a part of the Desicritics.org journey, starting with writing and then editing for Blogcritics.org - Desicritics is a key step in my quest for making a visible difference in the world through being connected.
I aspire to be a key player in the global society we are all creating, through helping define solutions for problems, and also through connecting ideas with needs.
