His leadership and experience in the Technology Industry has been requested in the local community as a Board Member of CPEx (Colorado Performance Excellence).     One of two developers responsible for TCP/IP protocol development, writing to the Winsock interface in Visual C++, under Windows and Windows NT and also designed sample user interface applications and documentation.

    Particularly difficult was that not only the Operating Platform immaturity (Windows NT 3.1) but also the Development Environment (Visual C++ 1.0), which frequently crashed during code stepping and long compile runs.

    This code was rolled into SDK's that were sold to companies like Motorola and Black & Veatch for 'internet enabling' sets of applications that were not previously designed to do so in a day when the internet was not much more than an extension of DARPAnet and browsing consisted of Archie and FTP.
