Christopher Cook’s Summary

Providing insurance services that exceed the level of my client's traditional expectations of an insurance agent. Always being reliable, trustworthy, straight forward and honest with the people that depend on me to manage their family's insurance accounts.

My ideal client is one willing to allow me to get to know them on some type of personal level; not only to help establish a great relationship, but also so I can learn as much as possible about my clients. This allows me to customize a protection plan specifically for their risks and needs and to adjust the plan accordingly from renewal to renewal.

I was once asked by a colleague, "What is the one thing you do for your clients that tends to be the biggest waste of time in regards to benefiting your agency?". I replied without hesitation, "Everything I do benefits my agency. No matter how small or mundane the service request or detail, handling everything with the utmost importance only results in having satisfied clients that go out of their way to refer their friends, family and co-workers to our agency. They do this knowing that we are going to give exceptional service and take care of everyone they send over, just as we have done so for them."

Insurance has to be one of the most rewarding careers a person could have without putting their own life on the line. Daily, I get to make a change in people's lives. I find this to be professionally gratifying and the source of my ever-present drive to go above and beyond.

I truly believe American Family Insurance is the best company to protect my friends, family and the many people I have met in my life. This is why I chose to start representing them in January of 2007 after multiple years of working with/for other larger insurance companies.

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Snowboard Instructing. My duties on the mountain are to take my students to the next level with their snowboarding. Beginner students begin with body/board balance lessons, basic start-turn-stop manuevers, a brief history of snowboarding, the physics involved with the body-to-board-to-ground/snow and how to take what they learned at the lesson and use their newly acquired skills to help train themselves on their owntime. Intermediate lessons are more about skillful free-riding and more detailed physics of a snowboard. Advanced lessons include basic tricks and advanced on-snow manuevers. Intructors are the "front-line of having fun" on the mountain and it is my duty to make sure everyone of my students is enjoying themselves, leaves the lesson a better rider then before the lesson and has respect for the sport.
