Primary focus was to facilitate getting hundreds of leases out of Holdover while following the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), General Services Administration Acquisition Manual (GSAM), FSA Leasing Policy, and other federal regulations.
Instrumental in transforming the new 33-AS FSA Lease Handbook into a PowerPoint Presentation for the training of FSA Real Property Leasing Officers (RPLO’s) in the FSA new leasing process nation-wide.
Contract option was exercised with Capitol CREAG after the Stand Up Phase.
