After some 20 years of consulting across multiple industries, around the world and in a diverse set of projects, I started looking at what made projects work: How the stellar projects succeed, and how the doggerel projects fail.

The research took years, and the results are astounding! Through the use of a diverse set of performance psychology techniques,I am able to bring these insights to bear on your project and for your organization.

Let me share a secret: Many projects fail! Over 50% in some sectors. And the single biggest risk of projects is the "people" element - risks can be mitigated inexpensively!
