An ardent student of Qigong and meditation, and trained through Coach U, Paula is passionate about utilizing both energy work and coaching to serve her clients. As a result they find physical and emotional healing, relieve stress and move towards spiritual enlightenment.
In the coaching context, Reiki can be and is channeled through our conversation. I listen to you deeply with my ears and my heart. I hear not only what you say but also what you don’t say. There is divine wisdom in all of us. I can assist you in accessing yours.
What could you do with a coach? What unrealized goals do you have? What would your life look like if you achieved them? What could you accomplish if you had your own personal coach… a sounding board, someone who listens… really listens to you, someone who believes in you and is unconditionally supportive of you? Don’t you owe yourself that opportunity?
Our meetings are private, confidential, pre-scheduled sessions generally lasting about an hour. Meetings can be held either in person or over the phone, so geographical location is not a factor.
During these meetings the focus is on you, the client. I listen to you fully and with unconditional support. I believe you are smart and capable. I ask provocative questions. Trusting that you have your own answers, I create the opportunity for you to hear them. I am trained to assist you in revealing your own wisdom with as much ease as possible.

It compliments traditional medical treatments, natural therapies, and massage therapy. Induces a sense of calm and well-being.
Reiki is not a religion. You do not have to "believe" in it for it to work - I also work on animals and I have no idea if they "believe in Reiki" or not, but they do benefit from the energy and you will too!
