In my career I have had many roles and built many systems from small pc to large mainframe system always with the view of building stable efficient solutions by following and improving established processes and procedures. With my vast experience I enjoy an ability to mix business and technical skills and can operate under great pressure. As the CC&B product gains a greater share of the market and Oracle and other companies introduce SOA and web service oriented products, the need to provide expert advice on integration of these systems will continue to rise. My focus is to implement clients CC&B, web and integration solutions using my XAI, market message and web services knowledge to leverage the investments in the Oracle Utilities products.

This role is at Oracle Utility Global Business Unit (UGBU) using the Customer and Care Billing (CC&B) system. I specialise in business and technical issues, including performance tuning, production support, market messaging, XAI and Self Service Applications. My major achievements in this role have been:
1. Design and development and integration of third party web based address systems into CC&B;
2. Design, develop and implement market messaging using the CC&B XAI functionality to process industry market messages
3. Provide pre and post production support for CC&B under great pressure to deliver results for the client.
4. Provide continued expert advice internally and externally on system interfacing to CC&B via http, xml, jms, soap, java, Web Self Service, XAI XML integration, Web Services and Oracle SOA suite
Other applications used include Oracle Application Server, BEA Weblogic and Tomcat;
5. Provide Web Services and Integration processes, procedures and expertise to leverage customer's investment in CC&B;
6. Building CC&B and SOA virtual machines for testing purposes.
