As a trauma survivor who has finally healed from 25 years of undiagnosed chronic/extreme PTSD, my goal is to help others toward success on their healing journey.

I do this by:

1. one-on-one coaching with clients.

2. writing a healing PTSD blog (http://parasitesofthemind.blogspot.com) on which I run a free, ongoing healing workshop.

3. advocating for PTSD awareness, education, treatment and self-empowered healing. I'm launching Heal My PTSD, LLC, to provide a single comprehensive source of PTSD healing resources for all segments of the PTSD population.

4. speaking, lecturing, and running workshops and seminars to provide PTSD information and self-empowered healing techniques.

My mission in everything I do is to help more people suffer less. If I can assist you in similar goals, or if I can support people you know whose healing could use a jump start, please contact me!
