Program Manager at Magna Closures

Forward-thinking, positive attitude, honest and diplomatic. Passion for continuous learning and problem solving to achieve excellence. Successfully manage resources (associates, capital, budgets). International exposure. Strong understanding of Design and Quality. Customer-oriented.
As a manager, I am currently leading 3 cross functional teams of design and manufacturing engineers, buyers, accountants, logistics and sales professionals. My focus has been to manage programs with more than $50 million in revenue to achieve cost reductions through launches of new designs and introduction of low cost suppliers on mature vehicle programs.
My previous experience was in product development at Ford Motor Company, following all phases of new vehicle launches, from early stages of design until production ramp-up. My major responsibility was to ensure that different teams were working together to meet internal and external customers and stakeholders expectations through program milestones and gateways.
As a Quality Engineer at Magna, one of my primary functions was to work with customer and suppliers to solve quality concerns and lead teams through the problem resolution and PPAP (Production Quality Approval) thorough documentation process for safety related products.
The summary above is just a highlight on my work experience, which guides me to use sound judgment in the decision making process. However, what makes me unique is my passion for excellence, the ability to be self motivated and influence others, and my outstanding problem solving and conflict resolution ability. Those skills have been sharpened in the fast paced automotive environment.
