Joined a group of entrepreneurs to support development of wind turbine generators fields in Puglia (southern Italy). The first project of 40 MW, is expected to completed the authorisation in August 2009 and begin construction be the end of the year. A second project has already received the concession for 50 MW.
My role, as a partner of the leading shareholders, is:
• Develop financial plans and presentations to regulators and financing institutions.
• Advice on different financial structures and risk models
• Prepare vendors’ comparison and assist the company in contracts and negotiations.
