As a General Contractor and an Architectural Home Designer in California from 1972-1989 she built over 500 custom and production homes through her construction company and designed over 1,500 homes for her own projects and other builders, individuals and owner-builder clients. Although her home designs are always unique for each project, she became famous for her kitchen and bath designs. In addition to her own ongoing building projects where she ONLY builds her own home designs, she has always been directly involved in the construction of the homes that she designs for her clients. In 1989 Linda moved to Sedona were she continued with her Architectural Home Design practice, designing homes in Sedona and the Verde Valley. By 1990 she added real estate sales to her business plan and in 1994 she became a real estate broker and opened her own office.
