I built and managed the consulting team responsible for delivering solution integration services to our early clients as this venture-funded startup grew from 35 employess to 110.
Veridiem's Marketing Performance Management suite and services were designed to optimize marketing and advertising investment allocation across channels through the attribution of results to impressions and identifying what works, what doesn't and why.

The Dreyer's brand is used in the western US, while the Edy's brand is used in the east. I got to work for both.
I managed cross-functional implementations of software applications to support manufacturing, distribution and sales. These solutions leveraged information and technology to gain efficiencies across the supply chain.
I got to work in -20F freezer warehouses training forklift drivers to use wireless inventory management technology. Brrr!
