I’m very inspired, motivated, driven and knowledgeable Broker. I have recruited, hired and trained over 500 Realtors in my career. I have attended hundred’s of classes and seminars as well as taught thousands. I’m knowledgeable on every aspect of the Real Estate and Construction Industry. My sales teams have closed nearly thre-quarters of a Billion in Real Estate sales. I've been a Director for the Pensacola Association of Realtors and will be again in 2010. I have served as Chairmen and member of most of the committees in the board. I have developed over 250 new home projects. I have managed as many as 120 agents and 30 subdivisions at the same time. Currently I have been focusing on developing quality in my agents. I teach Real Estate as life-style and focus developing relationships, rather than a job. I work as a mentor and life coach. I have helped others reach their personal goals based on their intentions for many years. I have been a sports coach for over 25 years and my teams have won many championships as well as have had several undefeated seasons. I have Master’s Degrees and PhD’s in Metaphysics and Philosophy.
I have a Broker’s licenses in Florida and Alabama.
I first entered the Real estate industry in the early 80’s in worked as a Broker in Omaha, Nebraska and moved to Pensacola, Florida in 1987. I raised my family on a small island called Santa Rosa Island made famous by having several hurricane visits recently.

I’m married and I'm 49 years old; I have 5 children, with the last one graduated in May 2006. He has now joined my Real Estate team. I worked as Broker/owner for 11 years for Celebrity Homes Realty. Then after that I was Vice-President and the Top producer, Top recruiter for EXIT Realty, NFI and recruited over 100 agents in 18 months. I decided I was better suited for a smaller Real Estate company. So I started Keith Furrow and Associates.
