In order to succeed in Corporate Finance, it resulted to be very useful being a business lawyer and having been educated in business management, auditing and taxation. It's an interesting combination that allows a wide vision of the process and a high degree of efficiency in making deals.

From the early ninetees, I advised a number of M&A deals, either as a lawyer or M&A adviser, a significant part of them involving more than one jurisdiction (international or transnational deals).

I've been working as a Capital Partner of ONE TO ONE CAPITAL PARTNERS, from 2005 to 2008. This is the biggest M&A firm in Spain, with offices in 23 cities.

I currently advise a number of deals from my own firms, BSA (legal and tax advice) and ARS CORPORATE (M&A advice). My firm belongs to the following international exclusive networks:
