Jon Alleman’s Summary

At GT I've had a lot of great opportunities to see a wide array of accounting issues. I work on the majority of our large corporate clients in the Salt Lake office. Currently I review complex tax returns as well as work on FAS 109 projects. I also manage one of our larger clients, a group of about 50 partnerships. I also senior all the work on one of our other larger groups of partnerships that performs a large portion of real estate development in Utah. Overall, I have a broad range of experience in S and C Corps, Partnerships, and Individuals.

I am currently interested in gaining more experience with FAS 109 and FIN 48 and also in M&A work. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of M&A work in Salt Lake, or if there is I haven't heard about it.

My goals are quite simple. I want to be the best at what I do and I want to be happy.
