In my current role as a business process analyst for the Technology Information Group I provide production management oversight across many of our lending based applications. This includes:
Conducting critical system reviews to document risks and vulnerabilities and the creation and tracking of action items to harden the system

June 2005 — November 2007 (2 years 6 months)
As a business systems consultant for the Technology Information Group I supported a number of application development teams. In my first year I coordinated end to end testing for Wells Fargo's debit card systems and supported the test environment. In supporting the environment, I coordinated a number of small test environment enhancement projects to automate testing processes, generate clean test data, and streamline communications.

As an associate of the Leadership Development Program, I was part of one year rotational based program under Wells Fargo's technology arm. The program focused on developing leadership skills and learning the processes and responsibilities of each team across the organization. My core interests while in the program included workflow systems, software development lifecycle, business partner/relationship management, and quality assurance.

BS, Management Infomation Systems, 2000 — 2004
I started at Iowa State University as an engineering student working towards a minor in Spanish. To make ends meet I also worked part-time (nights and weekends) for Ames Park and Rec. and Hy-Vee Grocery Stores.
After a year and a half as an engineering student I transferred to the ISU's College of Business to major in Management Information Systems. In this program I was able to work on technology that interested me and put my past experience to work.
Despite switching majors and working part-time I was able to participate in several social activist groups, volunteer in the community and graduate in four years. This was a triumph, I'm making a note here. HUGE SUCCESS!
