    • Successfully led the restructuring of the Talent Acquisition function from a decentralized, generalist model to a more cost effective and efficient centralized, specialist model. This shift combined with other strategic changes directly drove the cost-per-hire across the organization from $650/hire to $390/hire in two years.
    • Led the vendor analysis, selection, integration and implementation of a new ATS (Taleo).
