Tasked with developing and implementing a new marketing strategy that focused on emerging media and technology. Spearheaded a technology infrastructure overhaul and implementation of an enterprise CRM to capitalize on the opportunities of the emerging-media channels.
Reduced the advertising / sales cost ratio and grew the Internet’s share of gross revenue from 10% to 30% through PPC and SEO operations, project staffing, vendor relationships, web analytics, and new internal business processes.
