I have spent a total of over 14 years in China, and interviewed & placed literally hundreds of Chinese and overseas professional across multiple industries.

Initially I worked with Siemens Ltd China, as Strategic Planning Manager (1995 onwards). Later I was Chief Representative of the largest UK headhunter, Norman Broadbent International. Currently the CEO(owner) of Talent Software and Managing Partner of Accetis International.

My focus is on providing companies with an executive search partnership for middle to senior management. The emphasis is on long-term partnership, underpinned by a strong process.

This hiring partnership is supported heavily by a full back-end hiring solution that includes hiring software (ATS), a Call Centre, a Toyota Production System (TPS) methodology, and can be brought in-house as an outsourced staffing process (RPO).

Accetis is focused heavily on the industrial sector: automotive, transportation, chemical, semiconductors, electronics productions, automation, electric power etc.
