The Honest Interview announced today the release of their four part consultation package to help job seekers with their career search. The package is comprised of an in depth resume critique, a 60 minute behavioral interview with candid feedback, reference and skills verification. The company is honest and direct with their feedback to ensure a client is putting the best foot forward. Company founder Erik Kudrna, a successful recruiter with over 15 years of business experience, states: "When people interview and don't land the job, they are not usually told why. Most employers do not reveal when an interviewee performed poorly in the interview or that their references did not speak highly of them. We will provide clients that critical insight before facing a potential employer."
With unemployment over 10% nationally, job competition is fierce. The process starts with an in-depth resume review, highlighting areas for improvement. Erik Kudrna notes, "If there is a typo, we're going to catch it, if there's any 'mystery' on the resume we're going to discuss it." The company walks job seekers through a behavioral interview including a review of appearance, presentation, personality and work style. Interview answers are also critiqued to ensure each answer is appropriate and presented in the most effective manner. Next, all of the clients' references will be called to ensure they are references that should be used. Finally, the industry specific skills tests, from a pool of over 1000 different skills, are administered to validate a client's career abilities.
