Company founder Erik Kudrna, a successful recruiter with over 15 years of business experience, states: "When people interview and don't land the job, they are not usually told why. Most employers do not reveal when an interviewee performed poorly in the interview or that their references did not speak highly of them. The process starts with an in-depth resume review, highlighting areas for improvement. Erik Kudrna notes, "If there is a typo, we're going to catch it, if there's any 'mystery' on the resume we're going to discuss it." The company walks job seekers through a behavioral interview including a review of appearance, presentation, personality and work style. Interview answers are also critiqued to ensure each answer is appropriate and presented in the most effective manner. Next, all of the clients' references will be called to ensure they are references that should be used. Finally, the industry specific skills tests, from a pool of over 1000 different skills, are administered to validate a client's career abilities.
