helping smart people be better leaders and decision makers
Washington D.C. Metro Area
Here's how I work with people, teams and organizations...
1) helping executives, leaders, managers, professionals get unstuck with people and work process problems. Things feel overly complex, complicated and overwhelming? I provide the map to get unstuck.
2) helping smart people (like you) be better conflict managers. Confrontation, honest feedback and authentic communication are skills anybody can learn to manage your boss, peers, employees, clients, vendors. They make you far more productive and far less anxious.
3) helping smart people become comfortable with technology and how to use it to your advantage, i.e., using social media to build an online personal brand.
4) working with engineering and technology leaders and professionals to solve team and communication problems.
5) working with the IT department, often the nexus of major organizational change, the key enabler of business process redesign, to facilitate culture and organization change.

I am also an award winning author. My book, When Baby Boom Women Retire, won the Academic Librarian Assn. Choice Award for 1998 Outstanding Academic Book. My others works have been published in edited books.
