My management consulting firm focused on organizational change, leadership development and coaching skills. I worked with over 60 clients in that period, largely in health care, education and high tech. I was an adjunct faculty in several Masters programs and taught coaching skills to nearly 2,000 professionals in organizations. I closed the firm in order to focus my work more explicitly on coaching and coaching culture development as well as my narrative work.
