He is a catalyst to building community through the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity, St. Dominic's Catholic Community, Archbishop Riordan High School Alumni Board Association, and Grace Cathedral's "GraceWorks" Program.

Carlos created his firm "Visionary Business Consulting - Follow Your Heart" as a direct consequence of following his heart and he loves having the opportunity to inspire others to do the same in their entrepreneurial ventures.
