Over 25 years of IT experience in the energy and power industries. My career has included development work on everything from mainframes to PCs to networks and web apps.

Currently a member of a Service Transition team. We configure, tailor and administer enterprise level tools for IT Service Management (ITSM) that assure the capture of all incidents (IT help desk and call center), manage changes to processes and applications (Configuration Managment, Version Control, System Testing, Release Management), and process IT Service Requests. These tools provide ITIL compliant tracking for IT Services and monitor Service Level Agreements internally and with our outsourcing provider.

In my spare time I am "Blogger-in-Chief" for the "unofficial" blog for Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and completed an MBA degree in 2007.
