Since January, 2000, Brian has served as Senior Vice President, later adding Director of Sales to his duties. Since 2000, Premiere Speakers has experienced almost 900% growth and become one of the top few bureaus in the United States, serving 24 of the Fortune 25 largest companies. (If anyone is friends with Warren Buffet, ask him to show us some love!) Brian has been interviewed on BBC Radio, in the Wall Street Journal, and in Corporate Incentive Travel Magazine.
Prior to Premiere, Brian was with the William Morris Agency as well as his own bureau. He married his wife Krista in April, 2001, and they've enjoyed establishing their new home in Franklin, Tennessee. In his free time, Brian is a human jungle gym for his 2 and 3 year old girls, and enjoys reading and history quite a bit, too. Brian graduated with a degree in political science from DePauw University with a minor in Philosophy.
Since his days in college, Brian has taken an active role in his community, when he was awarded the President's Award for Outstanding Community Service. In an effort to better his non-profit leadership skills, Brian participated in the Young Leaders Council 10 week training course in 1999. In 2002, Brian helped found the board of the Christian theater group Oracle Productions and served on the board for five years.
Brian has been very active in World Vision for several years. As a weekend roadie for his wife's professional singing group The Darins, Brian manned tables and helped concert-goers sponsor World Vision children. In 2005 and 2006, he and his family joined together and raised funds to build a health clinic in Swaziland, and helped organize his company's involvement in building a well and water system in Ghana. An avid runner, Brian began working with Team World Vision, which helps people raise money through running and endurance sports. As a volunteer, Brian has spoken for college and church audiences on behalf of World Vision.
