With versatility as one of my strengths, I have a strong operational mindset and the flexibility to change direction quickly in order to exploit opportunities for growth. I am an anomaly in the finance field – the polar opposite of a bean counter: operationally focused, forward-looking, and as much a people person as a numbers person.

As CFO of Triton Management Group, I was recruited by the CEO to improve productivity and efficiency in the finance department and to integrate a financial perspective into the business strategy. Today we have a topgraded finance department that functions as a strategic partner with operations.

I was hired into the newly–created position of Corporate Controller at Kelly Aerospace to establish and oversee the reporting requirements of a private equity firm and national asset–based lender on a $20 million debt facility. Following the successful implementation of an accounting and financial reporting system, I was selected by the COO to lead Kelly’s human resources and supply chain management functions because of my operational knowledge and previous experience in both areas.

My career began with 6 years in public accounting, followed by 15 in corporate finance and operational management. A CPA and life–long learner, I have been classified as a Topgrading “A–player” and hold membership in a Vistage Key Executives group.
