With over a decade of leadership in the technology industry, Alan’s entrepreneurial drive will ensure that Process Master will continue to lead the field in the creation and application of the market’s most advanced process management solutions. Alan’s passion for success appeared early in a career that has taken him from Head of Midrange & Mainframe Procurement at Granada, through senior sales management positions at XB Data, to Director and executive roles at Omicron. Immediately prior to founding Process Master, Alan was MD of IBM hardware & software specialist, Taurus Infomatics, where he drove the rapid expansion of the organisation, achieving a ten times growth revenue growth in five years which led to the company’s position as the 21st fastest growing private enterprise in the UK and a number of other prestigious awards. Alan successfully sold his stake in Taurus in 2005 to focus solely on Process Master. As CEO of the company, Alan’s sales and marketing expertise, channel domain knowledge and an objectives-based approach to management will be the catalysts for major success as the business scales to address the huge market demand for effective business process management.
Alan is married to Helena and they have four children. He is an avid rugby supporter of his native Munster and keenly involved in schools basketball. He is also a committed advocate for the right to appropriate education for autistic children.
