Mission Statement

Founded in 1985, AGV Sports Group is one of the oldest rider-owned and operated apparel companies in the motorcycle industry. For 20 years, we have survived by staying true to our core market of sport bike riders and road racers. Born in the early day of AGV helmets entry into the US market, AGV Sports' helmet origin gave it a unique outlook in the motorcycle apparel industry.

Our commitment to materials and design innovation has played a major role in the evolution of the AGV Sport product line. Our product are engineered to be strong, light, abrasion resistant, cool, and comfortable. From entry-level products to world class high end professional race equipment regardless of the price, AGV Sports' design is always geared for the serious rider or racer.

The list of riders who have worn AGV Sport products at some point during their career reads like a Who's Who of road racing- Randy Mamola, Loris Capirossi, Troy Bayliss, Kurtis Roberts, Steve Crevier, Ben Bostrom, Eric Bostrom, Thomas Stevens, Pascal Picotte, Roland Sands, Mike Hale, Randy Renfrow, Aaron Yates, and four-time AMA Superbike Champion Mat Maldin. Unlike most other apparel manufacturers, the identical AGV Sport products worn by the professional riders can be purchased by the general public.

In addition to the information we collect from our world-class professional riders, a lot of input is recieved form our customers and our own personal experience. We are passionate about the sport. All of the personnel involved in product development at AGV Sport ride and are among the sports greatest enthusiats.

Each product is designed by riders for riders and function is never sacrificed for aesthetics. By keeping product devlopment and design in house and using experienced riders, we are staying true to the dedicated following of advanced riders who respect the quality and value of performance driven products.

  Motorcycle sports apparel company, AGVsport, is looking for motorcycle enthusiasts as interns. Positions available include marketing, sales, graphic design and product development.
  This would be a great chance to gain experience and work with not only AGVsport, but other motorcycle related corporations as well. AGVsport is all about products designed for riders, by riders. And that is exactly what we are looking for—more riders!
  The company is based out of Frederick, Maryland. And any out of state or foreign interns are provided with housing during their internship.
