I started in this market when it was going downhill and transition into a buyers market. So my first year of real estate was focused on working with buyers. I continue to primarily work with buyers because it is a buyers market. Which I believe is the advantage of sellers working with a buyer’s agent. I market specifically to buyers and have lead generators that supply buyer leads.
Primarily working with first-time home buyers, I also am a Certified Notary Public, Tax Preparer and just recently a Certified Foreclosure Prevention Consultant.
