My expertise covers senior level appointments across the nonprofit and UN sectors. I have worked extensively across five continents. I have worked in international and emergency education, and have had consultancies with international humanitarian organizations such as UNICEF, UNESCO, and UNV. Prior to leaving Australia I worked in education and its administration, and sports coaching and management. I have a PhD in Leadership; an MEd in Comparative Religions; and a BA DipEd. I presently reside in Europe.

I have a lifelong commitment to international cooperation. I enjoy meeting people from different parts of the globe and have been lucky enough to journey to more than 55 countries many of these journeys in association with the UN. Experience living and working in developing countries, has resulted in deep insights of the types of issues faced by NGOs.

My approach to executive recruitment is based on 20 years of experience across the nonprofit sector, innovative recruitment strategies, and professionalism.
