The Creating Healthy, Livable Cities Group welcomes individuals interested in sharing, developing and fostering innovative solutions that improve the quality of peoples’ lives in cities and neighboring communities. We encourage our group members to discuss the challenges, opportunities and changes facing urban environments today. These include accessibility to healthcare, well-being and safety outdoors and healthy lifestyles at work and at home.
Our goal is to collaborate, discuss and share knowledge and ideas for innovative solutions to ensure that citizens can live happy, healthy and fulfilled lives in cities for years to come. We welcome urban designers and planners, healthcare professionals, local governments and community groups, environmentalists, researchers, think tanks and others interested in what makes a city livable to join the discussion.
