Black Agency Executives

Founded in 1976, BAE is dedicated to the support of and professional development of Black human service, non profit executives which in turn positively impact their staff, customers, organizations and communities they serve. These executives promote the interest, values, welfare and empowerment of the Black community.

Black Agency Executives’ members represent Human Service Agencies that provide direct service impacting over 205,000 New York City residents, employs over 9,015 full-time and part-time persons, and has over 547 board volunteers each year. Collectively, members and their agencies represent over $513 million in funding. Our members and their agencies provide critical services in areas where New Yorkers are the poorest and the most at risk.
