This Group is for discussions and networking by executives conducting a job search. The Group is facilitated by the acclaimed Retained Executive Recruiters, Authors and International Speakers, Barry Deutsch and Brad Remillard. Barry and Brad are the founding partners of IMPACT Hiring Solutions.

Discussions and networking for the Group will center around job search networking, including leveraging the new social networking platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, FriendFeed, Squidoo, and Twitter to name a few. We'll also take aim at improving on your resume, cover letters, phone and in-person interviews, and salary negotiations.

We're seeking members for the Group who would like to learn from the best practices of others who have conducted a successful job search and those members who are willing to give of themselves to share their job search experiences.
