What is itSMFnz?

itSMF is an international not-for-profit institute which offers best practice ITSM guidance applicable to all types of organisations. It is wholly owned and principally operated by its members and is a major contributor to industry best practice and standards across the globe.

Founded on the ITIL framework, which is the de facto ITSM standard, itSMF has expanded to support and promote other best practice standards and frameworks such as ISO20000, PRINCE2, ISO27001 and COBIT®.


The Aims of itSMF

• To develop and promote industry best practice in IT service management.
• To engender greater professionalism within IT service management personnel.
• To provide a vehicle for helping members improve service performance.
• To provide members with a relevant forum in which to exchange information and share experiences with their peers throughout the industry. « less
