Our Mission is to ensure our region becomes a talent magnet and a place that successfully prepares its residents for 21st century jobs in our region’s priority employment sectors by focusing on these goals:

1. Fix the Education Pipeline
2. Prepare for 21st Century Jobs
3. Create a Talent Magnet
4. Invest in Priority Sectors
5. Focus on Quality of Place
