    I suppose the definition is colored by one's perspective (i.e. the provider or recipient of quality). In general, it is the perfception one has of goods or services resulting on one believing the goods/services meet or exceed normally accepted value standards.

    I agree with Bruce. This is always been subjective. I was involved in a discussion where we discuss about Quality of Software and coding standard. There were many interesting suggestion and at the end of the day all of us agreed that if Software code is understandable and as per the requirement then It will be considered as an quality software.
