Competing on price is to die a slow death - so how do we add value to customers, increase our margins, our footprint in a customer and ultimately increase our ability to succeed in an ever changing environment. This forum is for best practices, heads up for new technologies that may allow you to have an edge over your competition as well as "warnings" if manufacturers shift their channel policies. Discussing technology trends, recruiting new partners or alliances, marketing a product that can give more traction into a customer, etc. are all reasons to join. « less
