1. They make false claims that they're an independent authority
2. They make false claims about the number of firms they've "analyzed."
3. They don't guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of their rankings. "TopSeos.com makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or factual basis of the rankings"
4. They're scrapers which means they steal articles.
5. They use blackhat techniques to leach off high profile industry listings
6. Many "award winners" have paid $5,000 or more to be listed on TopSEOs.com.
