The Steinbright Career Development Center at Drexel University offers personalized career guidance and world-class know-how. From our undergraduate and graduate co-op programs and career workshops, to career counseling, career fairs, national and international hands-on experience, and more, we can help shape students’ careers – and give them the edge they need to succeed.

The Drexel Co-op, a renowned experiential learning program, is one of the largest and most respected co-op programs in the world. Co-op students alternate periods of full-time professional employment with periods of classroom study, while employers gain valuable contributions from energetic young professionals. Over 1,500 employers across the U.S. and in 38 foreign countries partner with Drexel’s Steinbright Career Development Center for co-op. Each year more than 4,400 undergraduate and graduate students are placed in co-op work experiences.

In addition to co-op, the career services team helps employers address their full-time hiring needs. Drexel Dragon Jobs manages all recruiting activities for employers interested in hiring graduating seniors and recent alumni. It serves as a one-stop-shop for on-campus recruiting, immediate recruiting needs, resume books, information sessions, and career fairs. Throughout the year, students and recent alumni can view hundreds of full-time opportunities from companies that are interviewing on and off campus.
