    "GREAT leaders do not take YES for an answer" (Michael A. Roberto)

    "Spotting a Great Leader" caught my attention and have not had a chance to review any of the links. My initial thought--if I can share--is that I look for people who attract people. It can be anyone from a CEO to the janitor. Who is the go-to person.
