Should Meditation Be Banned? What? No? Then read this....
Right now, you are reading the contents of this meditation site. Unfortunately, there are a growing number of meditators who are unable to do so. In the last two weeks, I have been contacted by readers of this site, who live in the States, and they cannot get access. When they try to access the site, they are blocked from doing so.
If You Meditate – You May Be Under Attack meditationgold.com
Meditation site blocked because it is classed as 'occult', in the land of free speech? It is a disgrace. Read this now.

I find meditation to be therapeutic, I meditate for about 15-30 minutes a day it's relieves stress and helps with focus. I've been doing this for 8yrs now along with yoga and feel more at ease mentally and spiritually. An occult?? I think not. In this busy world, if people would open up their minds and pause for a few moments maybe they wouldn't be as stressed-just try it, it really works and it's free!

Many employers choose to block certain websites simply because they don't want their employees surfing the web while they are supposed to be working. I don't think the United States is blocking access to Occult sites. Yet. But that's a different matter, since the U.S. is quickly becoming a military state.

There is the idiom, "See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil", which sort of makes sense, if you believe in evil. There is compelling power in the process of labeling, classifying and discriminating. Pandora's Box wasn't meant to be opened, but since it's open, there are some people who want to regulate and control what other people can have and not have, which is a sort of information apartheid.
Generalized categories such as "Occult" only exist, because some people have felt the urgent, God-fearful need to create one uncomplicated division. Either you belong to the main camp (complying with the mainstream, the elite, and the status quo), or you become an outcast, labeled an "Occultist".

Depends on where it is hosted, the hosting company, etc... Could be for copyright issues, etc..
There is no indication that US sites are being censored. I help to manage many. I also know that even though many 'think' that meditation is occult, they forget or do not realize that prayer IS meditation... relax man, take a deep breath... life is good...
