FREE RESEARCH - The only group dedicated to understanding ‘The Factors of Sales Motivation’ in the 21st century.

Would you like your sales team to participate in a free Sales Motivation census? …then look no further.

This forum is dedicated to recruiting Sales Managers seeking to understand ‘The Factors of Sales Motivation’ within their salesforce.

The objectives are to develop 3 new models of sales motivation, including the factors of:-
1). Motivation/de-motivation
2). Job satisfaction/dissatisfaction
3). Template for change (through self-improvement & management intervention)

Every type of salesperson is being studied; internal/external sales, B2B/B2C sales, commercial sales/technical sales/service sales all are welcome! All participations (individuals & organisations) will receive feedback & results.
