SMT Concept looks similar to TQM as it is understood generally...How do we exclusively differentiate these two?

Administration at The Hague School of Business & Management, Volunteer at PEP& Den Haag Gementee

Both being cultures aiming at improvement, need to be differentiated.

    My understanding of TQM is 'Achieve customer satisfaction for improved business results, by continuous improvement on products, processes and services through Total employee involvement'. Excellence (process) builds the pathway to Success (result)!
